The Haan Museum is happy to welcome group tours. We can tailor the tour to meet your group’s different needs and interests by focusing on particular collections or highlighting major works from all the collections.
The minimum charge for specially-scheduled group tours covers up to 15 people. The minimum for most of the year is $150, with an additional $10 charge for each additional adult. For Christmas tours, the minimum is $180, with an additional charge of $12 per person during the week, and $225 on weekends, with an additional charge of $15 per person on weekends. Youth ages 5 to 17 are half price, and under 5 are free.
Group tours will be led by a docent, who will take you through each room on both the first and second floors of the Museum, including the kitchen and butler's pantry. These tours are approximately 75-90 minutes in length, or can be customized for your needs.
Special Amenities for Group Tours
- There’s always a small treat for groups in the kitchen.
- Make your tour even more special with refreshments on the veranda.
- Groups may use the theater garden for special performances.
Restroom facilities are limited. We recommend that larger groups stop at a public restroom before visiting the Museum.
Cars may park in the parking lot or on the street. Buses should not attempt to pull through the circular drive, as the porte cochere over the driveway is not high enough to clear.
